1.Introduction Fish feed making machine
Fish feed production line machine can be used to producing floating fish feed and sinking fish feed. The floating fish feed pellet machine can make kinds of feed, such as food fish, catfish, shrimps, crab, etc. the fish pellet made by the machine can float on water more than 24 hours. Gelatinization degree can reach 90%, enhance the output of fodders, it is suitable for making floating feed, pet food, fish fodder. The diameter of particle is Φ0.6-16mm. Promising fodder output evenly and continuously.
(1)Raw materials like adopts corn flour, soya meal, fish meal etc. as raw materials
(2)Raw materials Powder Size: 60-80 Mesh.
(3)Raw materials moisture content: 20-25%.
(4)Diameter of Final Pellets: 1mm-15mm (Optional).
(5)Length of the pellets can be adjustable by control the cutting speed.
2.Fish feed production line process flow:
Raw material preparation→Mixing raw material→Conveying→Extrusion→Conveying→Drying→Screening→Oil spraying→Flavoring→Packing

Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers’local voltage according to different countries.

5.Food Equipment:
Mixer---double-screw extruder---air conveyer---roasting oven---automatic flavoring machine
6.Working process:
Put raw materials into feeder, they will be pressed by the screw with high pressure and
temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the pressed
materials will be formed into pellets by shaping mould.It can make different size and
shapes pellets by changing molds. Last the cutter device cut the formed pellets into
different length as required.
